Therapeutic doll making with the focus of anchoring personal values, embodiment through art making and being in a community of women.
During this workshop you will be guided by our in-house art therapist with the invitation to weave your values into your very own hand-crafted doll. Gentle introspection and inquiry into your values as anchors, creating with textiles and sharing together – snacks provided.
