Ashani is a thought leader, speaker and visionary on Embodied Feminine Leadership, a type of leadership that inspires women to reclaim their intuitive gifts and harness the power of inner wisdom, her tagline: ‘gifting people with their own intuition’ encapsulates her mission to help women unlock their full potential & feminine power. She believes that this kind of leadership is what is missing and is what the world so desperately needs from leaders across the globe.
Ashani’s journey of self discovery and cultural reclamation has inspired countless women to embrace their unique identities and celebrate their cultural heritage. She is an advocate for cultural diversity and inclusion, encouraging everyone to forge a more compassionate and understanding world.
Ashani founded The Flourish Journey (formerly known as Flourish Girl) in 2018, a mission driven charity focused on promoting teenage girls mental health. Over the past 7 years, she has grown TFJ from an idea into a highly successful charity alongside her team that has impacted over 20 000 teenage girls & gender diverse teens. Her founding work has earned recognition from organisations including 40 under 40 most influential Asian Australian. In 2023, Ashani transitioned out of the day to day operations and is now non-executive board director.
Ashani continues to expand her reach and inspire positive change in the world. Her impact is nothing short of extraordinary, and she is seen to be a conscious feminine leader, guiding and uplifting women everywhere.
